This 2015 Kookaburra Kilo is the 25th anniversary issue which re-used the design of the first coin. Sold in the mint acrylic holder. The legal tender Kookaburra Kilo coin contains 1 kg (32.15 troy oz) of 999 fine silver, and has a face value of A$30.
The 2015 Kookaburra depicts an adult kookaburra sitting on a tree stump surrounded by eucalyptus leaves and a fern.
