2002-W United States Military Academy Bicentennial Silver Dollar Commemorative celebrates the bicentennial of the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York.
The obverse of the USMA Commemorative Dollar depicts a cadet color guard in parade exercise with the Academy's Washington Hall and Cadet Chapel in the background. The reverse shows the West Point Bicentennial logo.
This Uncirculated $1 Dollar silver coin was struck at the West Point Mint. It is made the same composition and size as the old (pre-1936) Silver Dollars- 90% silver, 10% copper, 38.5mm diameter and containing 0.7734 Troy oz of silver.
