1992 Olympic Commemorative Silver Dollar Set Proof

This 1992-S Olympic Games proof set was struck to commemorate the 25th Summer Games in Barcelona, Spain.

The Silver Dollar depicts a baseball player, the Half Dollar features a woman gymnast.

Both coins were struck at the San Francisco Mint. The Dollar is made in the same composition and size as the old (pre-1936) Silver Dollars- 90% silver, 10% copper, 38.5mm diameter and contains 0.7734 Troy oz of silver. The Half is a clad type- with the outer layers 75% Copper, 25% Nickel and the center is 100% Copper.

Set comes with original mint box, acrylic coin holders and Certificate of Authenticity.
