1975 Panama 100 Balboas Gold proof, struck on December 31st, 1974. This was the first day of the lifting of the US Government ban on owning gold.
Coin is 0.900 fine and contains 0.2361 troy oz of gold.
Obverse features Vasco Nuñez de Balboa and the reverse has the coat of arms of Panama, with the inscription "REPUBLICA DE PANAMA" above with "100 BALBOAS" below. Also has '900/100 oro fino' directly under the coat of arms.
We have only 1 in stock, in a coin flip and missing all the original packaging, although coin is in excellent proof condition. NOT the one in the picture.
